    • Manage communications between the Executive, members, and the public

    • Maintain and update the website

    • Manage social media platforms

    • Promote the association’s mission and activities

    • Strengthen relationships with members and partners

    • Monitor membership statistics and trends

    • Support outreach and communication with potential new members

    • Plan and organize association events

    • Coordinate annual signature events (Blossoms Soiree, Interfaith Service, Family Day, Yuletide Members Party)

    • Manage event logistics and execution

    • Work with committees and volunteers to support events

    • Help promote and increase participation in association events

    • Recognize member milestones and achievements

    • Support Membership Needs

    • Coordinate outreach for birthdays, graduations, and special accomplishments

    • Provide support and communication during bereavement

    • Maintain connection and goodwill within the membership community

    • Identify key individuals and organizations that can support the association

    • Build partnerships and collaborations within the community

    • Strengthen relationships with community, government, and corporate stakeholders

    • Gather feedback and ideas from members

    • Support membership growth and outreach efforts

    • Develop and manage a national “Friends of TTADC” program

    • Monitor opportunities for the association’s growth and impact

    • Track and measure the impact of community engagement initiatives

    • Develop and manage the association’s merchandising strategy

    • Manage the online merchandise storefront

    • Oversee inventory of branded and non-branded merchandise

    • Identify and develop new merchandise opportunities

    • Oversee the transition of the TTADC scholarship to the Trinbago Scholarship Fund

    • Maintain coordination between TTADC and the Trinbago Scholarship Fund

    • Support the development of the scholarship program under its new 501(c)(3) structure

    • Ensure proper legal and operational separation between the two organizations

    • Attract young people to become members of the organization

    • Develop programs and initiatives that engage younger members

    • Promote leadership and participation among the next generation

    • Support activities that connect younger members to the organization and community
