Our Mission & History

Founded in 1962 as the Trinidad All Stars football (soccer) team, evolving into the Trinidad and Tobago Cultural and Sporting Association in 1966, and later becoming the Trinidad and Tobago Association of Washington, D.C., Inc., TTADC carries a legacy of enduring achievement. What began as the vision of a determined group of Howard University students grew into a lasting institution, built by pushing boundaries and forging community in a foreign cultural landscape. That spirit of resilience, pride, and purpose continues to define who we are today.
